Warranty

12 months from invoice date against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage from electrical surges beyond the rated specs, mechanical impact, or installation by an unqualified electrician.

Returns & Exchanges

Unused, undamaged products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receipt.
