1. About this site

This website is operated by Al Arooj Ventures (Pvt) Ltd, the authorized distributor of OPAS Electric (Türkiye) in Pakistan. By placing an order or browsing the site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully — they explain how we sell, what we deliver, and how warranty and returns are handled.

2. Products & pricing

All products listed are genuine OPAS Electric units, supplied directly from the OPAS factory in Türkiye. Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update prices to reflect manufacturer changes, exchange-rate movements, or stock cost; the price you pay is the price displayed at the time you confirm your order.

3. Orders & payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is received via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer, or once a Cash-on-Delivery booking is verified by our team on WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel any order if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or if we are unable to verify the buyer's address.

4. Delivery

Standard delivery within Pakistan is 2–4 working days for major cities and up to 7 working days for smaller towns. Delivery times are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by courier networks, weather, or events beyond our control. The buyer is responsible for inspecting the parcel at delivery and reporting transit damage within 48 hours.

5. Warranty

OPAS Electric products carry the manufacturer warranty stated on each product page (typically 12 months from invoice date). Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and is void if the product has been tampered with, mis-wired, exposed to surge or moisture damage, or used outside its rated parameters. Claims require the original invoice and the product's serial number.

6. Returns

Sealed, unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund less return courier charges. Custom-configured distribution boards, cut accessories, and items shipped to project sites are non-returnable. Refunds are issued to the original payment instrument within 7–10 working days of receipt.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the product supplied. Installation must be performed by a licensed electrician in compliance with local regulations and the OPAS installation manual. We are not liable for installation faults, indirect losses, or downtime resulting from third-party use.
