OPAS manufacturer warranty

All OPAS Electric products supplied by Al Arooj Ventures carry the manufacturer warranty. Standard cover is 12 months from invoice date for switching, distribution, and protection devices. Extended cover is available on selected industrial-rated products — see the individual product page for the exact warranty term.

What the warranty covers

The warranty covers manufacturing defects: failed coils, broken cam mechanisms, internal short-circuits, and faulty terminals on units that have been installed correctly within their rated voltage, current, and ambient-temperature limits. Defective units will be replaced or repaired at our discretion, free of charge, after technical verification.

What the warranty does not cover

Warranty is void if the product has been opened or tampered with, mis-wired, exposed to surge or moisture damage, used outside its nameplate ratings, or installed by an unlicensed electrician. Cosmetic wear, broken seals, and damage caused during installation are also outside warranty.

How to claim warranty

Send a photo of the unit, the serial number, and your original invoice to WhatsApp +92 334 4717770. Once verified, we will arrange pickup or ask you to courier the unit to our Karachi office. Replacement or repair is typically completed within 7–10 working days of receipt.

7-day return policy

Sealed, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund less return-courier charges. Notify us first on WhatsApp so we can issue a return authorisation; unannounced returns may be refused.

Items that cannot be returned

Custom-configured distribution boards, cut bus-bars, project-site shipments, and clearance items are non-returnable. Items damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery — please include photos of the parcel and the damaged unit.

Refund timeline

Refunds are issued to the original payment instrument (JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer) within 7–10 working days of receipt of the returned unit. Cash-on-Delivery refunds are issued via JazzCash or bank transfer after we confirm the return.
