1. Information we collect
When you place an order or contact us, we collect the personal information you choose to share — typically your name, delivery address, mobile number, email, and the details of items you wish to buy. For COD orders we may verify your number on WhatsApp before dispatch. We do not collect more than is needed to fulfil your order.

We use your information to process orders, arrange delivery via courier, issue invoices, handle warranty claims, and respond to your support requests. We may occasionally send you order updates or product announcements via WhatsApp; you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
3. Payment data
Online payments are processed by JazzCash and Easypaisa. We do not store your card or wallet credentials on our servers — those are handled directly by the payment provider over an encrypted connection. For bank transfer we only retain the deposit slip number you share with us for reconciliation.
4. Sharing with third parties
We share the minimum information necessary with our courier partners (so your parcel can be delivered) and with payment processors (so transactions can be settled). We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone for marketing.
5. Cookies

We retain order records for as long as Pakistani tax law requires (typically 6 years). Data is stored on secured servers with restricted access.
